Five years ago we made a thousand litres of Asian Parsnip Gin, labelled and numbered the 1,428 bottles and put them on a shelf in Hugh’s shed - expecting them to stay there for some time. Instead, they sold in 48 hours. So we made some more. And that sold out as well. Suitably encouraged, we invented Navy Strength, American Mustard, London Drizzle and California Dreamgin’ - and suddenly five years have passed and what started as a COVID-induced bit of a lark has turned into an international gin brand. We wanted to mark the occasion by doing something - so we’ve made a cardboard box. Not, in itself, a particularly big deal admittedly - but there are only ever going to be 500 of them.
