By using an optional camera on the second port, real-time video can be streamed to a computer and recorded, or used with popular video conferencing apps to provide remote streaming. The dual monocular head is somewhat unique, providing two viewing ports which can be used simultaneously. The main viewing port uses a simple design, requiring no adjustment. Simply use the standard 10X eyepiece or any other optional magnification and get to work. The second port is designed for a second user or a camera, and has height adjustment to ensure the focus matches the main port. The head can swivel 360° depending on your preferred working position. The objective turret provides instant access to 4 magnification levels to easily focus in on minute details from 40X to 1000X. This covers magnifications needed for studying hair follicles, cells, and bacteria. These high-quality lenses are achromatically corrected to improve resolution and color accuracy. The stage is equipped with two clips for holding slides and other specimens in place. Additionally, a mechanical caliper is included to provide more precise positioning of specimen slides when using high magnifications. The microscope uses independent focus knobs to control coarse and fine adjustments. An adjustable limit-stop mechanism can be used to prevent the lenses from making contact with specimens, preventing damage to the lenses and glass slides.
